Day 2 of Cornucopia - Whistler's celebration of food and wine.  There are number of fabulous events happening throughout the day.  The highlight of the day is the flagship event - the CRUSH gala grand tasting in the evening at the Whistler Conference Center.  Tickets and more details are available at Whistler Cornucopia.

• Event: Trade Tasting
• Where: Whistler Conference Center
• Time: 1pm to 3.30pm
• Tickets: $10 at the door with proof of industry affiliation, and all proceeds go to the WAG - Whistler Animals Galore.
• Details:  The trade tasting offers an opportunity to gather and broaden your knowledge across a variety of wines from a number of regions.  This event is exclusive to industry professionals, restaurateurs, bartenders, wine directors, front and back of house staff.

• Event: VIKING Stage Series: Cocktails & Canapés with Nita Lake Lodge Executive Chef Tim Cuff & Mixologist Hailey Pasemko
• Where: Whistler Conference Center
• Time: 3pm to 4.30pm
• Tickets: $25
• Details:  Nita Lake Lodge Executive Chef Tim Cuff and Mixologist Hailey Pasemko will be hosting this great event.  Discover the fine art of cocktails and canapés and experience the flavour profiles of harmonious food and drink.

• Event: Take an Unquenchable Wine Journey with Natalie MacLean
• Where: Fairmont Chateau Whistler
• Time: 4pm -5.30pm
• Tickets: $54
• Details:  Natalie MacLean was named the World's Best Drink Writer at the World food Media Awards.  At this wine seminar you will discover great value-priced wines from eight regions.

• Event: Winemaker Dinner: Big Guns - Icons of the World
• Where: Araxi Restaurant
• Time: 6pm
• Tickets: $250
• Details:  Araxi Restaurant is celebrating its 30^th anniversary this year.   The evening will feature an unprecedented showing of 8 courses from executive chef James Walt, each paired with an exemplary wine.

• Event: Three-Course Dinner at the Wildflower Restaurant
• Where: Wildflower Restaurant at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler
• Time: 6pm - 10pm
• Tickets: $35
• Details:  A great way to start Cornucopia.  Enjoy two courses followed by house made chocolates.

• Event: CRUSH Early Entry presented by the NEW Yellow Tail Bubbles
• Where: Whistler Conference Center
• Time: 7.45pm
• Tickets: $105
• Details:  The early entry tickets to CRUSH will allow you to ask questions or sample some favourites before the crowds arrive.  Enjoy a free glass of the new playful, fresh and vibrant Yellow Tail Bubbles. 

• Event: CRUSH Gala Grand Tasting
• Where: Whistler Conference Center
• Time: 8.30pm - 11pm
• Tickets: $85
• Details:  This is the flagship tasting event of Cornucopia.  Sample and sip your way through dozens of wineries from the old World to the new World!

• Event: Casino Royale presented by Ric's Grill
• Where: Ric's Grill
• Time: 9pm
• Tickets: $150
• Details: This is a decadent night of glitz, glam and entertainment.  The evening will feature sumptuous food offerings, dozens of wineries, talented bartenders mixing up delicious concoctions, amazing DJ's, a gambling parlour, the beautiful Vegas Showgirls and Goldmember Girls, and much more.
