In-SHUCK-ch days takes place over the weekend of August 18-19 and includes a host of activities celebrating First Nations past and present traditions. The Festival is open to the public and is FREE of cost.

During the festival a number of events celebrating First Nations traditions will take place throughout the weekend. Activities include: cultural workshops, drumming and dancing demonstrations, tradition native ice cream making (xusum), cedar bark weaving, traditional food sampling and much more.

During the week there will also be Kids Zone that includes: face-painting, a scavenger hunt, storytelling, arts & crafts, etc.

The goal of the weekend is to promote key traditional values and enhance identity and pride within the native community. Don't miss your chance to join us for this FREE festival. This year's event will be held in the community of Skatin around hour and half outside of Pemberton B.C.
