Whistler Cornucopia Day 5 begins again at 7:00 AM with
meditation, followed by yoga at 8:00 AM. The day focuses on food
allergies, with workshops such as Pediatric Allergies: A parents
guide. Now in its 17th year, Cornucopia more than doubled itself
this year, starting on November 7th and going until November 17th,
a full 11 days of food and drink extravaganza. This year, however,
the offerings have also expanded to include some of the top chefs,
vintners and distillers in the world, but also workshops in healthy
eating and mind-body awareness. Today's nourish workshops focus on
allergies, with a host of workshops to learn about cooking when you
or someone you know and love has an allergy to one or more foods.
We hope you enjoy yourself today and learn a bit, too.
The Safe and sumptuous Cuisine in an allergic world Workshop is
an example of the new offerings this year. Called "nourish" they
were developed this year by Cornucopia to emphasize that food
should be enjoyed, but also needs to keep us healthy, both in body
and mind. Every day, bright and early, meditation and yoga are
offered, as well as a set of workshops that focus on a certain area
of wellness, such as today's Adult Allergies: Awareness Workshop.

literally something for everyone in this year's Cornucopia.

Pemberton Valley Lodge is also excited this year about the
Pemberton representation this year. Solfeggio Foods participated in
a Farmers Table Workshop on Saturday, November 9, and on November
16 and 17th, Pemberton Distillery
and Mile One Eating House.will be in the house. If you can only
