Air Activities in Pemberton

The beautiful Pemberton valley offers endless opportunities for air activities including gliding, paragliding, sky diving, heli tours and the infamous 19th hole. Pemberton is fortunate enough to have its own airport.

The Pemberton Airport date back to the 1970's when it was started as a base for the Pemberton Flying Club. Today, the airport sees over 400 landings a year. Pemberton Soaring & Gliding

If you are looking for a unique adventure in Pemberton, then you have try to soaring! The Pemberton Soaring Centre is open 7 days a week from mid April to early October and is located at the Pemberton Airport. There are number of different scenic and aerobatic tours available as well as glider rentals and glider pilot training. Whistler Skydiving

Go skydiving in one of the most scenic valleys in the World! Whistler Skydiving offers tandem skydiving and this the best way to experience your first jump. A tandem skydive with one of Whistler Skydiving professionals costs just $270. You should allow about half day for your skydiving adventure which will include training, preparation, the aircraft ride, jump and video editing. Paragliding In Pemberton

Pemberton has become a well know destination for paragliding.  In August 2012, Pemberton will be hosting the Canadian Paragliding Nationals from August 5 to 12.

Whistler Heli Tours
