The Business Centre is located next to the Front Desk on the Lobby level. Services include: internet, email, MS Office, laser printing, copying and faxing, and camera memory chip reader. Basic Visitor Information is available complimentary on the home screen, including weather information, road reports, Greyhound bus schedule, Whistler/Pemberton Taxi, BC Ferries schedules, flight information and a local map. Other services available – printer, scanner, fax capabilities, web browser, accepts flash drive & CD’s. Please contact Guest Services for more information. Available 24 Hours.
Check-In/Out
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Should you arrive earlier, we would be happy to store your luggage until your room is available. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. An additional charge may be applied to your account for accommodation retained after this time. Late check-out requests must be made in advance through Guest Services.
Children
The Lodge gladly welcomes children, however, we require that children under the age of 18 be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Kids under 18 with a parent/guardian – stay free!

Fitness Studio
The Fitness Studio is located on the main floor and is available to guests from 6:00am -11:00pm. Equipment includes a multi-station weight training machine, free weights, stationary bike and treadmill equipment. There is a private change room and showers available with towels and a hair dryer and bathroom amenities.
Housekeeping
Daily cleaning of your Suite includes bedroom(s), living room and dining area and is provided between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Complete kitchen cleaning is available with 24 hours notice at a cost of $30.00 daily.
Internet Access
Pemberton Valley Lodge offers complimentary wireless high-speed internet access throughout the hotel.
Iron & Ironing Board
All suites are equipped with an iron and ironing board.
Kitchen
Each suite at Pemberton Valley Lodge features a fully-equipped kitchen. Dish soap and a dishwasher have been provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that you clean all dishes you may have used prior to check out. Feel free to leave clean dishes in the dishwasher, should it still be running at the time of your check out. Daily cleaning of your Suite includes bedroom(s), living room and dining area. Complete kitchen cleaning is available with 24 hours notice at a cost of $30.00 daily.
Laundry
One & Two Bedroom Suites have a washer and dryer located in-suite. For Studio Suites, Pemberton Valley Lodge offers Guest Laundry Facilities on 2nd Floor.
Laundry detergent is available at the Guest Services Desk for a fee.
Parking
Complimentary secure heated parking is available. Overhead clearance to the underground parkade is approximately 1.75 metres. Parkade is equipped with a complimentary wash bay.

There is a variety of grocery stores in Pemberton, offering locally grown products and a vast array of merchandise. AG Foods and Pemberton Supermarket are centrally located within the village.

Swimming Pool & Hot Tub
Located on the Main Floor is our Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub. Pool towels are provided. Open 7:00am-11:00pm. Adults only 9:00pm-11:00pm. No lifeguard on duty – children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
