The 2nd Annual Dine in the Dark will return to the Pemberton Legion on Saturday, February 10.
The concept behind dark dining is to eliminate the sense of sight before eating your meal. By taking away sight the theory is that you will receive a heightened sense of smell and taste.
During the event a 4-course meal will be prepared by Chef James Linklater and Chef Wade Wright. Following the meal patrons will be treated to prize balloons and raffles + dancing. People are encouraged to dress up in Valentines Day colours for the romantic date!
Tickets are $50 and can be found at the Pemberton Valley Supermarket, AC Fuels and the Pemberton Legion.
