Cornucopia Chefs Trip to North Arm Farm

What is Cornucopia?
Cornucopia is a 5 day food and wine festival located throughout Whistler B.C. Over the 5 day event different restaurants and venues host a series of wine tastings, liquor tastings, food tastings and seminars.
What is the Chef's Trip to North Arm Farm?
The Chef's Trip to North Arm Farm is one of the many events held during Cornucopia. The only event to be held outside of Whistler the Chef's Trip has become one of the most popular events of the festival.
What do we do on the trip?
During the trip participants will meet with the Fairmont Chateau Whistler's Executive Chef Vincent Stufano and North Arm Farm owner Jordan Sturdy. These two will give you a personal tour of the farm and the fields where they grow fresh produce. Much of the produce grown at North Arm Farm is used by fine dining establishments in Whistler.
After a tour of the fields and a crash course in what it takes to grow organic produce; Chef Vincent Stufano will guide you into the country kitchen and prepare a meal with many of the fresh ingredients found on the farm.
When, where and how much is the tour?
The tour takes place Saturday, November 10 at Pemberton's North Arm Farm. The farm is about a 5 minute drive from the Pemberton Valley Lodge and town. Tickets for the Chef's Trip to the Farm are $145 and can be purchased online at the Cornucopia Whistler website. It is important to note that this event usually sells out in advance to if you're interested it's best to buy early.
