Gingerbread Project Entries
The Gingerbread Project is a gingerbread house contest held at the Pemberton Valley Lodge. Local businesses and residents were encouraged to participate by building gingerbread houses and submitting them for display at the Lodge. A $5 entry fee was collected from each participant and will go towards a donation to the Pemberton Food Bank.
Over 20 gingerbread houses were submitted into this year's competition. The houses will sit on display at the Pemberton Valley Lodge from December 10 - 20. People are encouraged to stop by anytime over the next 10 days to view the gingerbread houses and submit a vote for their favorite house. All we ask is that you bring a donation for the Pemberton Food Bank when you come to view the gingerbread houses.
After the conclusion of the competition the gingerbread house with the most votes will receive one night accommodation and two tickets to see the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra play in Vancouver.
