2013 Pemberton Loppet

Join us for the 24th Annual Pemberton Valley Loppet this Sunday, February 10. The Loppet is a 12KM traditional cross country skiing race.
The Loppet traditionally takes place up the Pemberton Meadows about 16 kilometre outside of the Village of Pemberton. This year's course will begin at the Ronayne Farm and wind through several private properties whose owners have graciously permitted the use of their lands for this long-running event. The event will finish by coming through the Van Loon property and end near the Lillooet Forestry Bridge.
Competitors will follow a 12 kilometre groomed track that runs through fields, along dykes and through forests. It's important to note that there are no course marshals or signs. The track is the only thing you need to follow in order to complete the race.
