A Culinary Experience: North Arm Long Table Series
Renowned Whistler restaurant Araxi host's their annual Araxi Longtable dinner series this weekend at Pemberton's North Arm Farm. True to its name the dinner is held outside on a long table at the base of Mount Currie Mountain.
The event begins at 3PM with a cocktail reception followed by a 4-course meal prepared by head chef James Walt and his team. The dinner will be prepared using local ingredients, including fresh produce from the farm, and will be thoughtfully paired with select BC wines.
Araxi Whistler is known for their dedication to serving locally inspired dishes using ingredients found within the local area. North Arm Farm is one of Pemberton's largest organic produce suppliers and continually supplies restaurants like Araxi with fresh ingredients throughout the year.
The dinner will be held outside on North Arm Farm's farming fields just steps away from their crops. North Arm Farm is located 5 minutes outside of the Pemberton Village.

Directions
Once you have entered the town of Pemberton via Whistler, continue straight at the stop light in town. You will continue towards the town of Mount Currie. The farm is located 5 minutes away from the stop light on the right hand side of the road. Signs will be displayed on the day of the event indicating the farm's location.
