Pemberton Farmers Market
There's only a few more Farmers markets left at the downtown Pemberton barn before the end of season. From baked goods to jams and potatoes, if you're looking for some homegrown goodness, this is the place to find it!

Thanksgiving Turkey Sale
It wouldn't be fall without Whistler's famous Turkey Sale Weekend. From the 7th to 10th you have a chance to get some amazing deals on ski gear. We're talking 50% off specials and more, the Turkey Sale is always busy so be sure to get there quick if you want the best deals!
From the 13th to the 16th the annual Whistler Writers Festival is back! Workshops tutorials, live readings and more! With a steadily growing attendance each year the evening reading events have been known to sell out! So if you're a real bookworm, you'll book your tickets now!
Fungus Among Us Mushroom Festival
It's mushroom season! Everybody's favourite forest scavenging pass-time has returned. The annual Fungus Among Us Festival includes a foraging session in and around Whistler forests. Then afterwards a public display of various mushroom varieties along with cooking demonstrations and tastings. There will also be tutorials on how to use them for dyeing fabric and yarn.
Whistler 50 Relay & Ultra Marathon
On October 15th comes a 50 mile event, the Whistler 50 Relay. This race is open to relay teams of 8, 4, or 2 people and solo ultra-marathoners. From the Friday night social through to the post-race party, the Whistler 50 is more than just a relay! With a beautiful BC backdrop this marathon is more of a treat than a task. Come on out with your friends to this amazing event.
And of course, the Whistler ArtWalk is still running until the end of November so be sure to check out some of the amazing local artwork and galleries throughout the Whistler Village.
