Gingerbread Project | Raising $$ For The Pemberton Food Bank
The 2016 Gingerbread Project Has Wrapped Up!
We would like to send out a big thank you to all the participants in The Gingerbread Project this year that helped to raise $13,000 for the Pemberton Food Bank! All the small businesses that entered deserve a round of applause for their efforts in creating wonderful gingerbread masterpieces. A special thank you goes out to; Dave Steers Photography, Santa Claus, the Pemberton RCMP, Scotiabank, Whistler Question and the Pemberton Valley Lodge's staff. We couldn't have done it without all your help!
Thank you everyone who came out for Family Day at the Lodge! We had over 100 kids take photo's with Santa this year, a new record. If you haven't found your photo's with Santa yet here is a link to Dave Steers Flickr Page. The addition of the Pemberton Arts Council Artisans Market was a big hit. We can't wait to have everyone back next year.
And a special congratulations to Pemberton Secondary School who won the People's Choice Award. After seeing all these creative entries we can't wait to see what's in store for next year!
