GO Fest 2017 Returns to Whistler This May Long Weekend
GO Fest is set to return for it's fourth consecutive year in Whistler this 2017 May Long Weekend. From May 19th - 21st Go Fest will be taking place throughout Whistler to celebrate the arrival of the warmer weather and the upcoming summer season.
Love the outdoors but not sure what to do in it? This is the perfect event for you to experience all those activities that you never seem to get to.
Participate in bunch of outdoor activities from skiing and snowboarding to sailing, golfing, fishing, running, tennis, paddling, and biking. There's something for everyone at GO Fest 2017 from free concerts to street entertainment and being able to sample every outdoor sport Whistler has to offer.
Not so into all that physical activity? No problem, there's plenty of film series, gallery viewings, dinners, and shows happening all around Whistler! Enjoy Dinner and a Show at the Point Artist-Run Centre, catch a free concert, or how about learning how to carve your own bear at Bear Sculpting.
Vancouver alt-rock band 54-40 is going to be headlining the free concert series on Friday, May 19th at 7:30PM. That's not the only musical act to hit the Main Stage in Whistler's Village Square on May Long Weekend though.
