Whistler Community Easter Egg Hunt
Get you Easter on all weekend with Whistler's 9th Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt on March 31st, 2018! Celebrate Easter at Myrtle Philip Community School with an Easter Egg Hunt, music, dancing, crafts, face painting, raffle prizes, and more! It'll be best to walk, bike, or bus to Myrtle Philip because parking will be very restricted this year. Doors open at 9:30 am and the fun starts at 10 am!
Due to limited parking there will be an Easter Bunny Express bus! You can grab the Easter Bunny Express directly from Rainbow & Cheakamus neighbourhoods to avoid the hassle of parking and you get to go for a ride with the Easter Bunny!
There will be an outdoor Easter egg hunt for school aged kids and an indoor-only hunt for the tots. Hunts times will be staggered with the younger kids going first. Entertainment for the children includes a visit from the Easter Bunny, music and dancing by the amazing Ira Pettle, crafts, face painting, raffle prizes, and more. There will also be food and drinks available to purchase: coffee, tea, baked goods, and BBQ.
This free event helps raise funds for learning initiatives including classroom programs, school equipment, and field trips for children.
