Whistler GO Fest: It’s Time to Get Outside
Has all this good weather got you in the mood to get outside? Don't worry, you're not alone, the warmer weather and longer days have started beckoning for most of us to get out into the great outdoors. Luckily for all of us, Whistler's Great Outdoor Festival is just around the corner with plenty of events and activities to keep us all entertained.
Back for its fifth annual occurrence, GO Fest takes over Whistler during the Victoria Day Long Weekend for four days outdoors. If you've ever wanted to try a new outdoor sport then GO Fest is for you. Stand up paddle boarding, golfing, yoga, cycling, axe throwing, skateboarding, canoeing, scavenger hunts, and so much more will be available for you to try from May 18th to 21st. GO Fest is 4 days of outdoor beauty, physical activities, adventure, and celebration all taking place in Whistler. You can find the full GO Fest schedule on their official website.
GO Fest Music
Great outdoor activities isn't the only thing that GO Fest is bringing to the mountains. Get ready for an incredible lineup of Canadian artists as part of GO Fest's live music concert series - all for free! The Philosopher Kings, Current Swell, and The Funk Hunters will all be performing free outdoor shows in Whistler during the festival weekend!
