Fall for Arts in Whistler
Fall is the perfect time of year to check out one of the many arts and culture events in Whistler. Now in its third year in a row, Fall for Arts is a full 3-month celebration of the arts in the mountains. From September to the end of November there's an endless amount of small activities and big festivals to keep you entertained before Winter comes. Whistler Writers Festival
October 11 – 14, 2018
The Whistler Writers Festival returns to celebrate the written word surrounded by the beautiful Coast Mountains. Readers, writers, and authors can all find something interesting with a plethora of activities scheduled over the five-day festival. Rub shoulders with renowned authors, watch entertaining speaker panels, or attend workshops on publishing and much more. All those great activities paired with evenings of music and great conversation make for a festival like no other.
Cornucopia Whistler
November 8 – 18, 2018
Send your senses on an overpowering adventure of taste, touch, sight, and sound at Cornucopia. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to discover the best food and drink from British Columbia and beyond over the 11-day fall festival. Whistler’s Cornucopia is a grand celebration of food and drinks with a variety of events including winery dinners, grand tastings, culinary workshops, galas, and much more.
Whistler Film Festival
November 28 - December 2, 2018
Wrapping up 2018 Fall for Arts is the Whistler Film Festival. Get ready for the 18th annual celebration packed with five-days of new films, fun events, and industry connections. Dubbed Canada's 'coolest' film festival, the Whistler Film Festival is an event you won't want to miss. Plus, being at the end of November, you can probably fit some ski days in while you're there.
