The 19th Annual Whistler Film Festival
The Whistler Film Festival returns to the beautiful Coast Mountains for its 19th annual appearance this December 4th to 8th. Dubbed as "Canada's coolest film festival", WFF is a highlight event in Whistler which attracts film industry leaders and attendees from across North America. With 4 days packed full of cinematic delights, entertainment, and amazing events; the Whistler Film Festival is something you won’t want to miss!
Canadian Movies at Whistler Film Festival 2019
The Whistler Film Festival has already announced the first 12 Canadian films that will be screened at the festival. Of these 12 films, 8 are world premieres, 3 are Canadian premieres and 10 qualify for the Borsos Competition. The films part of WFF’s Borsos Competition engage in a chance to win Best Canadian Feature and a cash prize of $15,000 from the Directors Guild of Canada.
