Canada Day lands on July 1st every year with street parties in cities and towns across Canada. Pemberton and Whistler are no exception. Celebrate Canada with parades, free concerts, crafts and activities, street entertainment, and so much more. Everyone is welcome at Canada Day!

Spud Run
8 AM - Registration Begins
8:30 AM - Run Begins
Parade
8:30 AM - Assemble at Pemberton Secondary School
10 AM - Parade Begins
Celebration & Market
11 AM - 2 PM at the Community Centre
* Please note the parade will begin at the Pemberton Secondary School and finish at the Pemberton & District Community Centre.
Canada Day in Whistler
If you find yourself in Whistler for Canada Day you'll have tons of fun activities to celebrate with. Start the day with a pancake breakfast at the Whistler Olympic Plaza, then enjoy the Canada Day Parade which goes through the Whistler Village. And to wrap it all up you can watch street entertainment throughout the day and a free live music performance by The Tenors at 8 PM.
Want to be part of the Canada Day Parade in Whistler? Local businesses, clubs, and more are all invited to participate and you can register for the parade online! This year, the theme for the parade is The Wild West Coast!
