Fall is the awkward time between Summer and Winter. It’s not bike season, but it’s not quite ski/snowboard season. 1. North Arm Farm
You must stop by North Arm Farm this fall to pick up all your favourite seasonal vegetables. Early in the season, they are open for a u-pick Pumpkin patch where you can walk the field to choose your perfect pumpkin. Once the patch is closed, they offer a variety of pumpkins and squashes to buy. They’re ideal for cooking a famous fall squash soup, serving it to your family and friends, or freezing it for quick and easy lunches over the winter.
They have the freshest vegetables and a selection of baked goods each morning: delicious treats and fluffy loaves of bread to pick up with your morning coffee. North Arm Farm is open all season long for everyone to enjoy.

2. Fly Fishing
Pemberton is a hidden gem in the fishing world. There is an abundance of opportunities to fly fish within lakes and rivers. Also, with the salmon spawning, loads of fish are travelling up the stream; it’s the perfect time to practice your casting for catch and release.
If you’re looking for the best fishing holes, you should consider hiring a guide from the Pemberton Fish Finder. This operation lives and breaths fishing; they’re the best crew in town to show you where to find “the big one.”
3. Mountain Biking
There’s no better riding than Pemberton in the fall. During the summer, the trails become dry, loose, and coated in “moon dust.” But once the weather sets in, the trails define perfection. The primo dirt allows for more traction for your wheels, and you won’t be sweating buckets on the uphill.
The Mackenzie trail network is just down the road, with various trails for all skill levels. Fall is arguably the best time to ride, with cooler temps, prime dirt, and Mount Currie glowing with a fresh coating of snow. You’ve got to slay those trails while you can!
4. Pemberton Community Centre
The rainy season can be challenging on the mind; getting out of the house into a new location can be refreshing. Try heading to the Pemberton Community Centre for a change of scenery. Activities include fitness classes, kid's programs, library access, and alternating weekly events. Weekly classes include painting, jujitsu, spin, yoga, and more! Avoid the fall blues by heading to the local community hall and enjoying the fun activities.

5. The Beer Farmers
The Beer Farmers is a local treasure located just out the Pemberton Meadows. This family-owned and operated farm has mastered the art of organically grown ingredients, and you can taste the difference in their beer. Their beer is 100% locally grown and brewed, and they take great pride in their work. So bring the kids and dogs, everyone is welcome, and there is something for all to enjoy. Choose between their regular lagers and ales, or try one of their seasonal surprises.
Fall can be a delightful time to travel within the Sea to Sky Area; there’s less traffic and fewer visitors, but still, loads of activities to indulge in all the Pemberton has to offer. Take in the fantastic nature surrounding you as you partake in family-friendly activities. So book your stay now to take advantage of all Pemberton provides any time of year!
