Father’s Day Giveaway – Official Rules (Instagram & Facebook)
Presented by Pemberton Valley Lodge
1. Sponsor
This contest (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Pemberton Valley Lodge, located at 1490 Portage Road, Pemberton, BC, Canada.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of Pemberton Valley Lodge or its affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Contest Period
The Giveaway begins on June 9, 2025 at 12:00 AM PT and ends on June 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT. Entries submitted outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

One (1) winner will receive a Café YPS Gift Card valued at approximately CAD $100.
Prize Conditions:
- No cash value or substitutions
- Prize is non-transferable
- All expenses not specifically included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner
- The gift card will be available for pickup at Pemberton Valley Lodge.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or around June 15, 2025.
The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter and must respond within 7 days.
To claim the prize, the winner must:
- Meet all eligibility requirements
- Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (required by Canadian law)
- Accept the prize as awarded
Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Pemberton Valley Lodge the right to use their name, social media handle, and submitted story for promotional purposes related to this contest, where permitted by law, without additional compensation.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for administering the contest, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Pemberton Valley Lodge, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims or liabilities arising out of participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.

11. Governing Law
This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
