Lillooet Suite
Pemberton Valley Lodge’s executive meeting room, The Lillooet Suite, has all the amenities your group needs to host a productive event accommodating up to 8 people.
The Lillooet Suite is equipped with a whiteboard, screen and flip chart. Audio-visual equipment is also available upon request.
Café YPS
This meeting space can accommodate up to 18 people in a classroom format and can be configured for various purposes. Café YPS is easily accessible from the Lodge’s front lobby.

We provide complimentary wireless internet access throughout the Lodge for all our patrons, 24/7.

From event planning to office supplies, Pemberton Valley Lodge is committed to providing business service solutions that emphasize environmental responsibility in every aspect of the meeting.
Paperless Meeting Planning
All communications are electronic. All meeting contracts are sent and filed electronically.
Sustainable Meeting Services
We use post-consumer recycled paper products, recycled content paper flip charts, whiteboards, potted plants/organically grown flowers and recycling and compost bins. Our meeting rooms have large windows to allow plenty of natural light into the room.
Sustainable Food and Beverage
Locally roasted coffee, Ceramic tableware and stainless steel silverware, condiments in bulk dispensers to reduce waste, eco-alternatives to bottled water, and unopened leftover food gets donated to our local food bank.
Green Power
All public and meeting spaces are powered by power offsets (green energy projects), reducing our greenhouse gas emissions through Bullfrog Power.
