Guest Bike Program
British Columbia offers some of the best mountain biking trails across Canada, including premier trails right here in the Pemberton Valley!
We’re proud to provide the following bike amenities for all our guests.
Complimentary Guest Mountain Bikes
We have mountain bikes available for complimentary guest use. We also offer guests complimentary bike helmets that come in 2 different sizes.
A $200 deposit is added to the guest’s folio while using the bike; once the bike has been returned and the key is brought back to our front desk, this amount is reversed.
Secure Storage
Pemberton Valley Lodge offers secure bike storage for all our guests.
The bike rack is located in the secured underground parking in the Bike Storage/Ski Locker area. We also have a bike rack in front of the lodge beside the entrance.
Bikes are not permitted in guest rooms at any time.
Spare Locks
Pemberton Valley Lodge offers a complimentary lock for our guests who may have forgotten to bring their own. There is a deposit of $20 for the key that is reimbursed upon return of the key.
Bike Wash
We offer a complimentary bike wash, which is available to all hotel guests. Located in the car wash bay in our parkade, we also provide clean rags for guests to use.
Tuning Station
Pemberton Valley Lodge offers two tuning stations equipped with standard professional tools to keep guests’ bikes well-maintained.
One station is inside the secure bike storage room, and the other is at the rear of the property near the trailhead.
On-Site Laundry
All of our one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites come with an in-suite washer and dryer for the convenience of the guest, who can wash any dirty clothes, especially after a day of hitting the trails.
If our guests stay with us in a Studio, there is a complimentary washer and dryer on the second floor to the right of the elevator.
Laundry soap can be purchased from our Sundry Shop at the front desk.
