Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival are subject to full penalty. No Shows are subject to full penalty. We understand that plans can change, but early departures are only permitted with 48 hours notice. Should you depart early without 48 hours notice you will be charged for the full balance of your stay
December 20th, 2024 to January 4th, 2025: Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival are subject to FULL Room & Tax penalty. “No Shows” are subject to full penalty.
We highly recommend Trip Cancellation Insurance that can be purchased through an accredited Travel Agency and most Major Credit Card companies.
Pemberton Valley Lodge is 100% Smoke-Free including electronic, vapour cigarettes and cannabis on all patios, balconies and public areas. Should you be caught smoking in any restricted areas or should evidence of smoking be found after your have checked out of your guestroom, a $500 fine will be imposed.
The pool and hot tub areas are restricted to Registered Hotel Guests only. Pool Towels can be picked up and returned to the Front Desk throughout your stay.
Room Rates are subject to the following taxes: a 2 % Destination Marketing Fee, an 8% Provincial Sales Tax, a 5% Goods and services Tax, and a $3.99 Hotel Service fee per night.
