Pemberton Lunch Spots

In the past, we've highlighted the best places to grab dinner in town but today we're showing some love for the best places to grab a yummy lunch in the village.
Grimm's Deli
Grimm's has been a staple of Pemberton since the early days. Serving up amazing soups and sandwiches this popular local's hangout is a great place to grab a quick lunch. The deli also has some wicked side salads if you're in need of a side for dinner or just want some thrown on your plate for lunch. The clubhouse sandwich has long been their calling card and if you're a first timer look no further than that.
Swiss Deli
Located right beside Grimm's it's always a tossup every time I head that way for lunch. Run by a very nice local German couple they specialize in home cooked German staples like schnitzel and various chicken dishes. If you're a fan of any type of battered chicken dish then you're in luck because they are plentiful at this deli. The most popular dish at the Swiss Deli is the chicken schnitzel with pasta salad which you can snag for under $10.
Centennial Cafe
If you're in the mood for Chinese then make your way over to the Centennial Cafe. The best place in town to fill up this place serves huge portions of food for only $10. I still haven't found a place that serves chow mien quite like they do and not as tasty either. Their menu is endless, but it's always best to stay on the back where all their lunch combo's are.
Mile One Eating House
The only restaurant to make an appearance on the best places to have lunch and dinner in Pemberton is the Mile One. And the reason is because it's too good to leave off both lists. Having only been up and running for 2 years the Mile One has quickly made a name for itself around town. They keep their ingredients very local using local farms fresh produce and beef. This place has a menu packed with great options, but the Mile One is best known for its awesome burgers made from local Pemberton beef. The Mile One is their signature burger and is marinated in wondrous Blue Buck Beer.
