Pemberton Spirits & Brewery Tours

Pemberton Distillery

Distillery Tour 800 x 500

The Pemberton Distillery is located right in the heart of the breathtaking Coast Mountains within easy reach of Vancouver and Whistler. The Pemberton Distillery is open all year round offering Guided Tour that take you behind the scenes at the distillery and offer a fascinating insight into the handcrafted production of artisan spirits.

What is Distilling?

You may ask... Good question! Distillation is the age-old science and art of separating mixtures using boiling liquid.

Distillation of the vodka at Pemberton Distillery is done using organic fermented potatoes to create their unique and world-renowned Schramm Potato Vodka.

Schramm Potato Spirits

Handcrafted from the Pemberton Valley's renowned organic potatoes and pure mountain water, Schramm Vodka, Gin and Whiskey are regarded as genuine sipping spirits - distinctly regional, incredibly smooth & wonderfully flavourful. How do they make it so good? Pemberton Distillery owned and operated by the Schramm family who pride themselves in being part of only a handful of craft distilleries still producing spirits by hand using beautiful whole ingredients and traditional craft methods.

Take a Distillery Tour

Don't take our word for it. Take a Pemberton Distillery Tour on select Saturday's throughout the year and judge it for yourself.

The Beer Farmers - Pemberton Valley Beerworks

The Beer Farmers Tasting Room

The Beer Farmers Brewery is the only brewery in British Columbia to produce a beer using all major ingredients grown on site! The brewery is owned and operated by a fourth generation farming family the Miller's who have been living on and farming the land since 1911. While every beer is high quality at this facility the Farmer's Daughter Ale is quickly becoming a Valley favourite.

A Family Business

The family operation includes head brewer Brenda Miller, head farmer Bruce Miller and head of sales and operations Will Miller. There are also three more Miller boys who are involved in the day to day operations of the farm brewery.

Brewery Tastings

The Beer Farmers tasting room is open year round with limited operational days through the winter season. Follow their Facebook page for up to date operational hours.

Pemberton Brewing Company

Pemberton Brewing

There is no better place to enjoy a delicious brew and our laid back locals scene than the Pemberton Brewing tasting room. The brewery offers a number of popular ales, lagers and their very popular Longroad IPA which uses local hops conveniently grown right across the street at the Pemberton Hops yard.

The Local's Stop

Located at the base of some of Pemberton's best mountain bike trails you can always catch a heavy local presence at the brewery. Pemberton Brewing is also conveniently located just steps away from the Pemberton Distillery making for a great one two combo on your visit.

Brewing Room

The Pemberton Brewing Room is open seven days a week during the summer with scaled back days during the winter months. Visit their Facebook page for seasonal hours.
